Parker Sinclair-A Darker Fall

This is one of the stories from the anthology The Aching Darkness. Full disclosure, I haven’t read the entire anthology, but it has been added into 234879805 book long TBR. I have different lists of them. I mean, how else is a girl supposed to keep track of her books? You should see my TBR collection on my Kindle, which I’ve decided to alphabetize by author. I like a nice organized library. Anyway, that doesn’t get us to our review of the day. It’s a novella, so it’s not going to be anything long since I don’t want to give anything away. So, without any further digressions, or too many, at least, let’s get to A Darker Fell.

Parker has described ADF as a dark fantasy, and I’ll agree with that. If you ask me, it also fits in with paranormal and urban fantasy. There are romantic parts to it, so I think it also fits in the romance categories too. I like stories that defy simple classification, and in my opinion, this does that.

Ilese is a Dark Angel. Her job is to fight the powers of evil and the spawn of the Fallen. I bet you can guess who the Fallen is. Could it be… Satan? Those Fallen come in different categories, Queens, S2, and S1. The latter two are also called the Walking Hollow by Ilese and her team.

Ilese is stronger than human and her Dark Angel-ness lets her disintegrate her enemies after she’s killed them. If a Queen is able to get to a human, they are able to turn that human into a Walking Hollow. That has happened to too many of her team. When her second-in-command, Josh, is captured by one of the Queens, Ilese runs to the rescue. Luckily, she’s able to get to him before the Queen can do anything to him, but something else happens, something potentially dangerous.

And that’s where I’m going to leave you because you need to go read this story. The book is on KU and it’s only 99 little pennies, so it’s not going to break the bank for you to buy it. I don’t know if it will stay available for a long time since I know Parker is going to continue to the story, so I don’t know who holds the rights to the story and all that. I know that this may give you the wrong idea when I say this, but for me, the end of the story was what made the entire story. That doesn’t mean that the rest of the story was bad, in fact, it wasn’t, but the big final fight is what really makes it.

tumblr_otyrwdAcDS1qzcxiro1_500

OK, she may not look like a traditional angel, but every time I look at this picture, I see her as a fallen angel, so in my head, Ilese looks similar to this. If she doesn’t look like this to you, I don’t want to know. Except, since she’s a fighter, maybe not the dress, but you get the idea, right?

There really isn’t too much I can day down here since it’s a novella and I don’t want to spoil anything. However, there were some mysteries brought up that I have theories on. Of course, I’m not going to tell you my theories, go read the story yourself, and then we can talk. However, one of the Queens tells Ilese that they want something she’s created, and I wonder if it’s something that she may have had help creating this particular something. That would be really, really interesting, in my opinion, especially in relation to things said earlier in the story.

I also have a theory that Ilese’s basic nature may change because of certain events, so I will be looking forward to the rest of the story.

So, we have fun stuff coming up in the next few days, including a new SEAL story, and hopefully something from the twisted brains of Lee Savino and Renee Rose. Meanwhile, happy reading!

Zoe Blake-Daddy’s Home

Zoe Blake is spoiling us this year. Not too long ago, we got her dark age play book, Papa’s Prey. Now, we are getting her dark age play/Daddy dom book Daddy’s Home. This book is super-duper steamy and nice and dark. I mean, what more can you want in a story? Like I said, she’s totally spoiling us.

Chloe has spent the last two years in hiding from her dark and chaotic past. She lives in her uncle’s cabin off in the woods outside a small town. She stays in her cabin, minds her own business and creates beautiful jewelry. Chloe’s biggest goals in life right now are to keep her head down, stay hidden, and keep making jewelry. She may be bored, but it’s better than the alternative.

Logan has been sent to find Chloe. He’s spent a long time studying her so that he could find her. He’s searched her social media so that he can get an idea as to where she might be hiding. Logan is so obsessed with finding her, he even carries a picture of her in his wallet.

When Logan finds Chloe, he has to get something from her. He knows that she’s hiding this particular item, and he will do anything he can to find it. But more than that, he finds that Chloe herself is something that he needs. He wants to protect her, care for her, and discipline her as necessary. He wants to be her Daddy.

You know what time it is. I’m going to go my way and you can choose yours. Logan is intensely focused, but from the moment that he meets Chloe, his focus goes from the recovery of what he was sent for to keeping Chloe safe. We don’t get to know him much, other than he is seriously Alpha male, very taciturn, and very protective. I’m perfectly fine with that. He’s not the kind of hero where we need to find out every little bit of his backstory in order to like him. That mystery suits him well and makes for a better story. Chloe is a strong woman and has used that strength to try to get away from her past. Of course, being strong doesn’t mean that you don’t need a Daddy to come and take care of you. It’s totally possible to be both. I really enjoyed this story and can’t wait for more from Zoe. If you like dark and kinky af stories, this is another good one for you.

diamonds for daddys home

There are so many, many, many great things about this book. Too bad I’m not going to tell you most of them. Like the other two books I’ve blogged this week, there are some serious twists and turns and I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone.

I can, however, tell you how much I love Logan and how well he takes care of Chloe. She really does well under his care and she’s able to grow from it.

One scene in this book gives me some of my favorite lines. Some bad guys are threatening Chloe, and they are talking about being scared of the big, fucking dude. Chloe says, “That big fucking dude is going to kill you for touching me.” See how much faith she has in her Daddy to take care of her? Knowing that he’s there to help her out lets her be feisty and feel safe. Later on, in the same scene, we get this from Chloe, “Before the bleached gangland Barbie over there slapped my face, that one kicked in the shin. What kind of schoolyard bullshit is that? You know how much it hurts to be kicked in the shin?” Those lines left me laughing out loud, and not just that LOL you tell your friends, actually laughing. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I tried to explain to him why I was laughing. I love that entire scene and that Chloe was able to have some of her own power during that.

OK, that’s all I have to say about Daddy’s Home, other than that you should immediately visit Amazon and 1 click it. You definitely won’t be sorry that you did. We have more interesting books coming up this week, so don’t go too far. Meanwhile, happy reading!

Jennifer Bene-Destruction

No matter how many other dark authors I read, Jennifer Bene is always going to be the queen of my list and a definite go-to author. Her books are dark and twisted and oh, so yummy. Destruction is no different. It’s jampacked with noncon goodness as well hot BDSM action, an anti-hero, and a strong and submissive woman. What’s not to love about that, right?

So, let’s get right into this story.

Lianna Mercier was born with a platinum spoon in her mouth. She has never wanted for anything in her entire life. She’s had an easy life, gone to college, and given a job at her father’s business. She’s worked there for a couple of years, working in acquisitions and helping to make a multi-national business even bigger. She really has no life outside of her work and her father. She even mostly stays in his apartment instead of going home to her own.

David Gethen is a man on a mission. He is going to take Robert Mercier down, no matter what it takes. He’s spent years and years doing research, amassing evidence, and preparing himself for his mission. All of that research led him to believe that there was only one way for him to take down Mercier. That was through his daughter, Lianna. David wants to ruin the spoiled rotten little princess that he knows that she is. He knows that she is complicit in everything so taking her down will do all kinds of damage. So, after years of preparation, David is ready to make his move and take down Mercier and he abducts Lianna.

OK, this is where we are going to go our separate ways. This story is dark and twisty, and I don’t want to give any of the twists away. There is a lot of very, very kinky stuff that happens, and it’s hot af. The story is wonderful. There are layers to the story that you have to get through. I love books that give me great plot as well as good sex. Of course, I love books that give me good sex. I think it may just be easier to say that I love books, period. This book isn’t for everyone. There are some very intense parts which may be upsetting to some people, but they heighten the story for me. They just made everything even better. If you love dark and twisted, then definitely, definitely check this one out.

OK, OMG, I have so many things about this book that I loved so much. It really did hit all the happy buttons for me, so yay!

Of the scenes that made me happiest, there were two that I really liked and there’s a distinct possibility that those scenes were highlighted so that I can always find them. One has to do with a zipper and the other with a belt. Jennifer posted the zipper scene in her reader’s group (come join us if you like hot and kinky and dark) and I had to reread it often.

I love David’s struggle. He has to figure out who he is and what he ultimately wants to have happen. It can’t be easy for him since he’s had one thing be his purpose and goal for a long time, and when something happens that challenges that, he’s got to figure out how to handle it. Jennifer always gives her characters room to grow and change, and that’s part of what I love about her books. Her characters at the start of the books are different to how they are at the finish of the books. It’s that change and growth that makes me really like her books and her as an author.

Alright, I don’t want to say too much more about the book, even in the spoiler section, because you are going to want to go out there and read this book. Trust me.

B. B. Blaque-I’m Sawree

I’m Sawree is B. B. Blaque’s latest release. Unlike some other reviews I’ve written, I am refusing to tell you anything about events or plot of the actual book. All I’m going to do here is post the blurb, including the warning.

★★A VERY DARK & PSYCHOLOGICAL EROTIC-THRILLER
WARNING: Graphic adult content that may be very disturbing to some readers. May contain triggers, proceed at your own risk. This book is extremely dark, please take this warning under advisement before deciding to read.

★NO HERO but 1 EVIL VILLAIN
★NO ROMANCE
★NO HEA OR HFN . . . Happily never after maybe

★★•´¸.•*´¨) ¸.•*¨)

I’m Sawree Reese and one day I happened to find the mutilated bodies of nine people—crazy right? Shit like that changes you into something you never imagined and we all cope in different ways—mine is art

Bloody

Gruesome art

When that doesn’t work I turn to the most evil and sadistic man I’ve ever known—Master Sterling

He has ways of helping me exorcise the demons that are totally heinous, but they work . . . until they don’t

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

I’m STERLING—I’m the closest thing to a demon you’ll ever find in a man

I have a vested interest in Sawree Reese that goes well beyond the atrocities I relish in my dungeon.

Some fear me . . . others respect me . . . and those who choose to deny my existence will ultimately pay the price

Sometimes you know the game . . . Sometimes you know the players . . . Then there are times when everything you thought you knew is thrown out the window

Ha, great blurb and warning, right? And trust me, believe the warning. If you don’t like dark, this is most definitely not the right book for you, and B. B. may not be the right author for you. Trust and believe. She writes some of the darkest stuff I’ve read, and considering what I’ve read and reviewed on this blog, what does that tell you. In fact, check out my review of one of her other books here. Whenever I redo my Top Ten darkest and most fucked up books, B. B. will make at least one appearance on the list.

All I’m really going to tell you about this book is that I wanted to know what the fuck she had just done to me. I cried. It spent days and days and days in my head. I had to read light and fluffy afterward because I would likely have run screaming into the night if I hadn’t. And it would’ve been into the night since it was like 11 pm when I finished. It took a couple of days before I could turn back to anything dark and intense.

If you read my blog, you know that this is usually the time I give you the choice to either keep reading and risk spoilers or stop where you are and get none. I’m not giving you the choice today. There is absolutely no spoiler section. None. There isn’t going to be. If you read Sawree and want to talk about it, message me privately. I won’t approve any comments about this book. How about a picture of a fluffy kitty to make it up to you? Everyone likes fluffy kitties.

Did you come down here just to see if there were spoilers? I told you there weren’t. Now go buy the book and read it, then revel in the awesome darkness that is B. B. Blaque.

Picture Day

Turns out that today’s 2nd blog is going to be pretty pictures instead of anything else. Everybody loves pretty pictures, right?

Renee Rose-Zandian Pet

Oh, Renee Rose has brought us another fun one. I read in the acknowledgments that she got the idea from an Aubrey Cara book. Yeah, I’ve read that book too, and I really loved it. I have to go reread that book. But, this is all about Renee and Zandian Pet.

A quick recap for people who aren’t familiar with the Zandian ‘verse or for people who haven’t read it lately:

Years ago, Zandia was invaded by the Finn. Some Zandians escaped, including Prince Zander, who was added by his weapons master Seke. The remaining living Zandians now mostly live in the palatial pod that’s flying around in Occretian airspace. Because they thought that there were no living Zandian females for breeding age, humans had been brought into the mix. The prince has a human mate and they have a baby. Recently some Zandian women have been found. One of Master Seke’s long-lost missing daughters, Talia, was found and rescued, along with a woman named Eslyn, who was kept as a sort-of-prisoner by her three “mates”. She has some children as well.

In this book, we have Taramina being found by Erick. Taramina is Master Seke’s other missing daughter. She, her sister Talia, and Rok, who’s a purple, horned Han Solo, were rescued and taken away from Zandia by another person, but sadly their ship crashed and the kids all ended up scattered. Taramina, now known as Mina, was taken as a slave and trained as a sex pet. She lived for years in the collection of one master, doing whomever and whatever he wished. When he died, she was sold to a brothel where she became their star attraction and did whatever she was supposed to, right out front in public. She felt like she was in control, the sex didn’t upset her, and she was looking for a way out. She knew that if she had a Zandian crystal that she could get free. Enter Master Erick.

Erick is one of Prince Zanders most trusted men. He is his business manager and does all the negotiating and such with business partners. He has built up a huge fortune for the prince to help position them to take back their planet. On this particular mission, he just had a massive loss that he’s dreading telling the prince about. So, to stall and blow off of steam, he stops at a brothel. Of course, the brothel that Erick stops out just happens to be the one where Mina is starring as a prized pet.

The brothel owner is more than happy to show Erick his prize, after all, everyone knows that there aren’t any Zandian women around, and Erick is stunned to see her. He gets to go into her cell for a while, and sparks start to fly. Erick decides that he wants to buy Mina’s freedom, but Mina isn’t waiting around and manages to escape on her own.

Here’s where we part ways. As usual, Renee has given us a hot, sexy story with a great plot. The Zandian books all end with HEAs, but they are all also part of a larger story arc, so while you could read them on their own, if you were bound and determined to, you really don’t want to. Read them from the very beginning and you’ll be much happier since each book builds up on the previous book. The sex in this book goes past panty-melting. I’m not sure what level that would be. Maybe it melts all your panties that are still in your drawers? Erick and Mina are now officially my favorite Zandian couple. So, go check it out. You can read it on KU, but it’s not that expensive to buy.

petplay-orange-cats

OK, I full on loved this story. Renee writes such fun stuff, and I find that I’m really enjoying the various pet stories I’ve been reading lately. But, the sex, while super hot, is just a small part of it when it comes to this particular book.

Taramina has spent many years as Mina, a sex pet, many more years than she did as Tara, Master Seke’s daughter. When she manages to get herself to the palatial pod, she tries to be Tara and leave Mina behind. But, she doesn’t know who Tara is. She’s never had to be Tara as an adult, so she struggles. The thing I like is that Erick doesn’t step in and just magically wave a wand to help her be something else. In fact, the person who helps Mina figure out who Mina is is Mina. She sees something she wants to try and she goes after it. Erick, as possessive and dominating as he is, doesn’t stop her, instead, he supports her and even fights her father for her right to do it. I loved that she had that strength and he was that determined to do right by Mina that he was willing to put aside his struggles and let her do what she needed.

Mina is a definite kick ass female, and it sounds like she’s more than perfect for Erick, in all ways. I can’t wait to see what more happens with them and how they are able to help their people take back their world and rebuild their species. It ought to be interesting. I’m going to be so sad when Renee ends this series.

OK, there’s going to be another blog post later this evening. Probably really late. Tomorrow is one that I’m so excited about. I mean, I’m pretty much always excited about anything I get to read and review, but I’m Sawree by B. B. Blaque is above and beyond anything else I’ve read. It’s a mindfuck for mindfucks. I may also be just a little bit excited that B. B. has used some of my words from a review on one of her teasers. So, stay tuned for that one. Tuesday, we have another double header, a new one from Zoe Blake and a new one from Jennifer Bene that she surprised everyone with. Meanwhile, happy reading!

Sara Fields-Sold to the Beasts

Here’s our 2nd blog for today. It’s all about Sara Fields’ newest book, Sold to the Beasts. This is the 4th book in the Captive Bride series, and if you remember, I’ve reviewed one of the other books in that series here, Taming Their Pet, way back in September, I think. Whenever it was, it was another great book in a series that I really enjoy. Beast is no different. I think each of her books in this series gets better and better, and considering how much I liked the first book, that’s really saying something. But, enough of that, let’s crack on, shall we?

This story is all about Michelle, Roan, and Dane.

Like the other brides, Michelle was an illegal 3rd child. Her family were notorious crime lords in LA, and they kept her hidden, right up until the point when they decided to sell off her virginity and had her tied to a bed. Luckily, the police busted in right at that moment. Unluckily, they found out her status and sent her to the training center so that she can be trained and sold to aliens as a bride.

While she’s there, Michelle gets caught up in some trouble. The warden tells her that she has the perfect situation for Michelle. She also guarantees that Michelle will have a happy relationship with mates who love her and cherish her, which is what Michelle has always wanted, a family who wants her, loves her, and makes her feel happy. I mean, who can blame her, everyone wants that, especially someone who had a shitty growing up, like Michelle.

So, after a week-long voyage, Michelle’s ship lands at the gate of a remote mansion covered in roses. She’s wearing the beautiful blue dress that she was sent and is nervously waiting to meet her mates. However, the man who meets her isn’t one of them. He’s Sir Gregory, the man who runs the house for Dane and Roan. They aren’t available to meet her.

Dane and Roan are brothers and will share a mate. They were warriors who were cursed and now live in isolation way in the far, snowy north surrounded by a forest. They are in deep mourning and the mansion is quiet.

When the brothers see Michelle and the dress that she is wearing, they get very angry. They didn’t send for her, they don’t want her, they want nothing to do with her. Poor Michelle, all she wants is a happy family, and now it’s been ripped away. Sir Gregory shows her the library, and she spends a good chunk of time hiding in the library until the brothers find out that she’s been hiding there and is slowly losing weight.

OK, this is the point where I go on and you get to decide whether or not you want to risk spoilers. I got so mad at Dane and Roan in this book. I mean, I wanted to go dope slap the both of them. If I could have figured out a way to get into the book, they would’ve had their heads smacked together just like the 3 Stooges. If you’ve read other Sara Fields books, you know that she loves to give us an HEA, and Beasts is no different. There’s a lot of spanking and hot sex. Yummmmmm. Each book I say that this is the best book of the series, and I think this one really is the best book of the series. It’s my new favorite. Definitely going to be a regular reread.

mansion

Michelle is a lot more patient with her boys than I would’ve been. I swear, she has the patience of a saint.

One of the things I loved so much about this book is that Michelle isn’t cowed by her two men. Sarah never really writes weak women, but Michelle is the toughest, I think. I mean, she goes out and kicks some ass. Of course, there are going to be consequences, but she doesn’t hesitate to go out and do what she thinks is right for Roan and Dane. I loved that about her. I hope that she keeps her boys on their toes and that she never loses that fire.

OK, I got all kinds of feelz about this, but if I say anything else, I’m going to end up spoiling it, and you’ll miss out on this book. You don’t want to miss out, trust me.

So, tomorrow is another double, Wednesday Noir and Renee Rose, so stay tuned for that. Meanwhile, happy reading!

Isabella Starling-Collaring Cinderella

We’ve got a couple of really busy days ahead of us. There are going to be some doubled up blogs. I’ll make sure one goes out early and the other goes out later in the evening so I’m not overwhelming you. Today’s first book is a surprise new book from Isabella Starling.

Isabella is finishing up her work on Peep Show. I’ve read excerpts and we’re talking 5 alarm fire here. But, she took a break to give us a new view on Cinderella. A filthy, filthy view of Cinderella. Collaring Cinderella is hot and sexy, and OMG, I just devoured it. I honestly couldn’t read it fast enough. I was sad when I couldn’t keep my eyes open last night to keep reading it.

Rafe is our Prince Maybe Charming. He is the heir to a huge fortune and a jewelry design company. His father is dying, and he wants Rafe to find a wife, settle down, make babies, and be happy. Rafe has found the woman he wants, but his father doesn’t know. So, Rafe plans a ball and makes sure our Cinderella is invited.

Ella is barely 18 and never been kissed. She lives with her terrible stepmother, Martha. Martha is Rafe’s housekeeper and works Ella like a dog. She’s terribly jealous of Ella’s youth and beauty. The second that Rafe set his eyes on Ella, he knew that she was going to be his and he was going to do everything he could to make sure that she wore his collar and his ring, no matter what.

This is a super hot instalove story. Ella had been crushing on Rafe for a long while and then Rafe sees her. It’s a dual POV, switching back and forth between Ella and Rafe. Rafe’s POV has a lot of the love and romance in it, while Ella’s POV is more about what she’s enduring and the decisions she has to make. I really liked that. Isabella did a beautiful job of making this classic come to life in a new setting and with a lot of steaminess.

So here’s the part where the path to Spoilerville starts. If you want to make sure that you have no spoilers stop reading when you hit the pic. If you are prepared, keep going. Remember that there aren’t always spoilers in the spoiler section, and you may just get my thoughts, but you are warned anyway.

princess

Welcome to Spoilerville.

OK, Martha. We aren’t ever supposed to like Martha. We all know the story of Cinderella and how it’s going to go, and the evil stepmother is the terrible villain. But damn, if I don’t hate Martha a whole lot. I mean, a lot. She does everything she can to make Ella doubt herself and her feelings. Every time Ella starts to feel better about herself, in comes Martha wearing her bitchy boots to stomp all over Ella. Martha is obsessive and delusional, and just ick.

Rafe and Ella are just perfect together, and I love the two epilogues. It’s a great update to the stories.

I’m not always an instalove virgin story type of person. We all know I like my noncon/dubcon goodness, but Isabella Starling is one that I always read, no matter what. She often has the virgin stories that have some dubcon goodness too. But even without that, she writes strong love stories with really, really steamy stories. Her heroes tend to have some really bitching dirty talk too, which oh hot damn, oh my my. I love me some dirty talk.

Anyway, that it for this. Later on today you are going to get the new Sara Field’s Captive Bride series, and I have feelz about this one, oh yes I do, ducklings.

Lilly Holden-Bad Boy SEAL

With all the very dark and twisted stuff I’ve been reading lately, I decided that it would be nice to intersperse some lighter, sweeter, more straight-forward romance. It’s nice to mix it up a bit. That way I don’t get burnt out on any one thing. So, to that end, I ended up signing up for 4 books from Lilly Holden, with a nice group of a former SEAL team as the good guys. The first one is Bad Boy SEAL.

Charlie left Chicago to move to a small town in Texas after her mother died. She had a cousin there, so it made sense to do it. Charlie doesn’t see her cousin much since he spends a lot of time in his office doing his computer kind of stuff. She is working as a waitress at a diner, trying to figure out to do with the rest of her life. One day, 4 big guys come into her restaurant for lunch.

Jake is a former SEAL. He now does contract work for a friend. He and his team are in BFE Texas on a job. Their mark has a cousin named Charlie who they’ve decided to use. The problem? Their intel doesn’t say that Charlie is short for Charlotte. When Jake sees her, he knows that she is meant to be his.

This is a short story. It only took me around an hour or so to read it. It’s an instalove story, with a virgin, and an HEA. Those aren’t my normal fare, but like I said, I wanted to mix it up a bit. There’s nice fun, hot, and kinky sex. It has a bit of action tossed into the mix too, which is always nice. And since there is a pretty picture here, you know this is where you get to make your choice.

soldier

Not a big picture, but hey, he’s pretty, so we can live with it, right? That’s OK, I don’t have a lot of anything else to say, just because anything else I say about this is going to end up being a spoiler.

There are reasons why Jake and his team are targeting Charlie’s cousin and we’ll learn more about them. I think that if Jake had shared a little more with Charlie, maybe some of the conflict wouldn’t have happened, but I can get why he didn’t.

So, that’s all there is today. There isn’t anything tomorrow, because of the holiday. I may not even get on my computer. For all the USicans, have a nice Thanksgiving. For everyone else, have a nice Thursday! Meanwhile, happy reading!

Parker Sinclair-Forbidden

Today was supposed to be both Forbidden and Only, books 2.5 and 3 of the Alex Conner Chronicles, but I’m fighting my body today and it’s hard to stay focused on too much for too long. The weather is kicking my ass up here and it’s causing my body to not like me. Things will be back to normal soon and we should be back up and running again tomorrow.

OK, Forbidden is pretty short. If you remember at the end of Truth, things had happened to Alex. Forbidden is about her friend Sandra’s work thelp  her, and what Sandra has to do to get to that point.

Sandra is a strong Seer and had been working with Dana to try to find Alex, but nothing was working until Valant told her to look at her past. So, that’s exactly what she did.

We haven’t learned much about Sandra up until now, other than knowing that she’s crazy strong and was in a shitty marriage. I love getting to know more about Sandra and what made her the person she is today. She is totally awesome.

OK, that’s really about all I have to say about this story. It’s short and it moves the story forward while packing in quite a lot of info. So, no spoiler section today, but I found a picture I like, so I’m sharing it! We have all kinds of fun stuff coming up, including more and more Parker Sinclair, age play from Zoe Blake, and a Christmas anthology. I’m waiting until after Thanksgiving to read that. I have a firm no Christmas before Thanksgiving rule, so there’s that. Now, I’m going to go wrap up in my blankets and sweater and warm fuzzy socks with bears’ faces on them, and read to my black little heart’s content.
